| In all honesty, I didn't have the best experience at first with this dealership, though it was purely honest coincident. I went back to the dealer twice with issues. The second time they let me talk to the mechanic, with the car on the lift, and figure out what was causing my issues. Although I still have some unanswered questions and some conflicting evidence of mechanical work. I think these guys are about as honest as they come. Just be a forward as possible and they will work with you on it.I left a 4 star because I did have to bring it back at least once. | |||

That aside, Dave and everyone in the service department are GREAT to work with. Honest, upfront, and flexible. They are doing all of our maintenance work. As for the sales department, my wife and I bought a new 2019 Chevy Spark last year and Rob Hunt, Ed Gallagher, and everyone we dealt with were top notch. Patiently explained everything, made sure to follow-up to check that things were working properly, really couldn't have been any better! | |||

I wasn't really looking to trade in my vehicle but Ed Gallagher, business manager, reached out to let me know about a deal that was available for my Malibu. I let him know that I maybe would like to upgrade to a bigger vehicle and he went to work on my request. Rob Hunt, was on the case and found the most perfect upgrade for me.
